Yesterday was the prom night. I would say is quite enjoying mostly because of the emcee. He is the "flying dutchman"!!! Quite funny and to me, really bring up the lively atmosphere. The food also not too bad. LOL!!!! Overall the rating is not bad. Take some photos with my frenx, but i think i will post the photos in my next post. Throughout the whole event, i was hoping that i can at least win something from the lucky draw, but for the first 40+ prizes, my name was not called. Then quite sianz.... But for the last 3 prizes, i suddenly heard my number. So happy!!!! Then i won the first prize, which is a digital camera worth 400 dollars. HAHA!!! But i still prefer the second prize, which is zen vision dunno wad.... I will give my details about the prom in my next post.

After the prom, i reach home at around 2.00am (not accurate). Yup... Anyway, winning the first prize, i think is to make up for my unluckiness in these 2 years in JC. HAHA!! But still, that prize is not enough to compensate for that. I dun really mind about the prize also. Now the road through JC finally ended, and i like it or not, it is embedded in my memory(mostly because i learn the most things when i in JC). So, this memory will guide me through when i start on a new journey, be it NS, University or Job, or anything else. Yeap.... I going Taiwan in the coming tuesday. Hope will have a fun time there, and bring some nice souvenirs back. Haha.... I end off here. Bye!

The title represent the mood i am in now. LOL!!! Just played badminton with Cheng Han in the Yew Tee CC. Learn quite a lot from him, and most importantly, i get a chance to exercise and kill off those blubbers in my body.

Life after prelim is really quite relaxed. The latest release time for school is 2pm, and i can get to have an afternoon nap everyday. How nice.... It is as though i am going back to secondary sch, going back home early and take a nap, den do a bit of hw, den see anime and sleep. But, one sucky thing is the astronomical amt of hw my teachers give. Every week, there are 4 sets of FM papers plus 2 sets of MC paper den some chem papers. I am wondering whether the maths department need to go to such an extent to make us get our A. Anyway.... it is not affecting much. To me, those are " have time den do " kind of work. LOL!!!

Oh ya.... i gotten 2 gifts for my birthday. One is from my dear, and one is from my group of very good frenx from sec sch( Weekian, Choonkiat, ZhenJie, cheekong). They bought me a gundam model-gold frame. I wun say i tell them to buy, but just hint them only. LOL!! I promise i will put in my best effort to make tt gold frame the nicest gundam in my cabinet. My dear bought me a very very nice cap also. Try wearing it and take some shots with camera. Hmm.. but i tink i will just kept it within the black rectangular box in front of me right now and not display it. LOL!! Oh ya... now still waiting for my presents from my classmate, Jian Wei and nelson. They claim tt they will get it, but till now, is nowhere in sight. LOL!!!! (U 2 can pass to me in person, no need to send parcel or through Fedex).

One more week to the end of school. How nice..... Hmmm.... though the experience in PJ is not very good. But still have a sad feeling when thinking of leaving JC. Just too weird.... Think i will end off here....

Without realising, it is now about 2 weeks plus away from prelim. Time is really running short, think is time to start studying le. LOL!!!! Oh ya... i receive letter to ask me to report to sembawang naval base bringing along those swimming stuffs. Think i am shortlisted for navy. Never expect myself to be short listed, cos I made it clear on the online form that I dunno how to swim. Hmmm….. maybe I m really a talent that they dun wan to miss. LOL!!!!

Today is our PJC sports meet. Though is not as good as my secondary school one, but I really must applaud Darell from my class. LOL!!! He ran super fast and create a number of new records. I was completely stunned when I seen him run. During the relay, the first person actually is one of the last, but Darell manage to catch up and widen the gap by really a lot! Is really hard for me to say here, but is really amazing. LOL!!!!

There is no school tml. Really good….. Can rest and revise as well. Tml going to buy bleach figurine and buy some books to read as well. LOL!!!! I just finish one book on “ The elegant universe”. It talks about superstring theory as well as latest development like Black hole entropy or M-theory. It is a good book and is easily comprehensible. Quite fun to go with the story of the book and imagine with it. You will be amazed how far the human mind has brought us.

Finally.... I can finally access to msn. I click on the help button and try to see what is the problems tt they suggest. Then they say must synchronise the time and date. I click on the time and realise my time reads pm when it is suppose to be in am and it reads july 17 when today is august 19. LOL!!!!!! Din know such thing got so much effect on my comp. Interesting.... LOL!!!! But seriously, who would thought tt this is actually the problem. If anybody know why... pls tell me.

Really have a great sense of achievements after solving my comp problems. HAHA!!! Simply too elated.... I think i shld go back to sleep for a while more. Cya!!

Wah…. Yesterday my computer a bit problematic cannot seems to log into msn. It is really quite boring to switch on a computer but cannot log into msn. Is like… u are all alone. You and the computer, that is it. HAHA!!! I make it a point to online everyday and chat. Now… I just feel a bit weird. Anyway…. Doesn’t matter, think my msn will be back tml. Guess my msn also need to take a break sometimes.

Yesterday is again a very long day. The thermodynamics lesson stretched to about 5.45pm. But I dun mind, cos I quite interested in this topic. HAHA!! Other than tt, today lessons are quite slack. During maths lesson, I demonstrated a very powerful skill. There is one mosquito flying in front of us…. Then I look at it for about 2 seconds and I caught it with my hand. My frenx around me are so amazed, and want to learn from me. HAHA!!!! I even told them I can close my eyes are catch mosquitoes. U believe???? Quite proud to announce tt I possess such skill.

Wah… hoping to play badminton again. Maybe will ask my frenx to play badminton on next Thursday, cos is a holiday. Finally I gotten back my passion for badminton, though a bit rusty, but still play quite well I think. LOL!!!!

Today is a long day for me. The lesson ends at 5.30pm. It is really a struggle to force ur eyes wide open for the lessons. I think for most part of the lesson i am in a trance state. LOL!!!! Hmm... today is the last PE lesson for us and we are doing a dance for the Acer’s day. The dance is really very aweful and I really find it hard to execute those inelegant moves. LOL!!!!! Other than that, I think there is anything interesting.

Oh ya…. Today is during GP lesson, my GP tutor tells us to pay attention to the talk given by the guest speaker tml. We are not suppose to sleep, listen to MP 3, sms-ing or even talk. Today one of the teacher caught a ger listening to MP3 and when the teacher wants to confiscate her mp3 player, she used vulgarities on the teacher. Think she is going to be expelled from the school. Hmmm…. I think it is a must to respect the speaker and gif him certain level of attention. But I think somehow school should not be so “fake”. The right way to teach the students shld be telling us why we must listen to the speaker or make us understand the values behind, and not just tell us what we shld do only. If they are doing this, it is more like they are doing this for the school reputation.

The fact that I am at where I am really gives me motivation to go school. LOL!!! This few days I found a good source of motivation. I will go to U web and look our the courses and modules offered. It will be good to imagine ur life at U…… LOL!!!! I will have more freedom, and leave those JC bad memories behind. For a better life…. I must go to school and survive every seconds. LOL!!!!!!!!

Hmmm….. today some incidents happen in my class also. I really cannot stand retarded ppl, and this is not the literal meaning. Some ppl can be so inflexible, individualistic, self-centered, and moronic. Since I am leaving this JC soon, I dun mind if they see this. Sometimes, pls put urself in other ppl’s shoe and think. I think tt is it… I dun wan to go overboard also….

New Record!!!

Wondering wad record i talking about??? Well.... is about how many episode of anime i can watch in one day. My highest record in the past is 15 per day, and that is when i am watching Full metal alchemist. Today.... i set new record. Yesterday, my frenx lend me Bleach episode 26 to 70 and
today i finish all of it. LOL!!!! That means on average i finish about 25 episodes per day. Latest record. HAHA!!!!! It is really too nice.... but i got fast forward some part cos some episodes are purely for stalling time. It is really nice.... highly recommended...

Today i writing this blog is not to kill time. After watching so many episodes, i dun have much time left, cannot afford to kill anymore of it. HAHA!!!! So today the blog entry is purely to update those regular costomer about life. But this few days really nothing much to write. I have been staying at

home and see bleach. Oh ya.... i also looking forward to play badminton with my class, it is so fun!!!! But our usual playing time which is friday, is occupied by the thermodynamics lecture. Worst of all, my lesson ends at 12.30 and the lecture starts at 4.30. I cannot believe tt i m going home late even at friday. Quite sad i think......

Hmm... this coming monday, i am going home at 9pm cos of the S paper test. Dun understand why our JC care so much about the academic result. This kind of constant drilling and working is not going to be productive. Why can't the sch realise tt????? I think the problem still lie in the exam. All ppl are aiming for As. Some ppl just blindly follow to get straight As. For me, i dun mind if i get B or C or even fail my GP. As long as i enter physics faculty in NUS it is fine with me. My aim is U and not A lvl. I am not one of those in this dumb rat race. Hmmm...... dun understand why i get so agitated when talking about JC edu. But this is how i feel anyway.....

Now is 1.46 am and i still can't get to sleep. Today finish chem paper 2 and paper 3 for Nov 2004 paper in the evening and spend my morning and afternoon watching 15 episodes of bleach(10.30 to 5.30). Judging from how obsess i am by this anime, i think everyone know tt is really nice. HAHA!!! Cos my taste is not tt bad after all i suppose.... Now waiting for my frenx to lend me episode 26 and onwards.

Hmmm..... talking about yesterday, i really wasted my day. Nelson, Jian wei and me decide to go see " My super ex girlfrenx" in cine with few other boys and girls. When we reach there, 1 of the girl said she cannot go, and eventually all nvr turn up. I dun really feel angry, but feel quite sianz about it. Then i intend to continue seeing the show, but the tickets were all sold out. Wah... at that moment, i really feel i make a wrong choice in going town. I end up going there for nothing. Then, about 4 plus, my frenx and i went home, because there is nothing much we can do at tt place.

Thinking about what happen yesterday, i not really angry with those ppl that nvr turns up, but just keep questioning why am i in this class. For some reasons, there seem to be some barrier btw me and most of my classmates. And i dun even known when this barrier is erected. For me, my JC life is so dull and is surely different from my sec life. I really dun look forward to going sch. I prefer at home, at least it will be more colourful and interesting, cos i can do what i wan, and i dun need care about those restrictions or how ppl look at me. Last time, i did try to break the barrier btw my classmate and i, but apparently someone try to reject me out. So now, i dun care anymore.... All i want is to get out of JC. Tertiary education can said to be the worst part
of my life till now. But, i change and learn a lot during this period of time as well....

Now is 2.05am. WOW!!! I just killed 19 mins of my time. So proud of it... LOL!!!!

Today is really a bad day. I simply cannot stand some people in my class!!!! How i hope i can get out of my class fast!

It goes like this.... I am the physcis rep of my class. Then we are supposed to do a set of questions and i am responsible for telling my class. I said out loud( i confirmed!!!) for about 3 times, and no one respond or wad. Some were playing poker cards and some just look at me with those blur look. Then i was quite pissed off, den i think maybe writing on the whiteboard will be better. Then when i ask who got marker, not a single soul replied!!!!! Then after asking a few times, one guy shouted person A name, but he is not around just tt his bag is on the table. Then at first, i dun wan take, i keep asking for markers, but still no one ans. So i think i just borrow first from the person, then this ger gif tt buay song voice, It is rude to take ppl thing without permission.

I was completely stunned. I know it is wrong. But, in tt position, i think i need to pass the msg to the ppl fast. Somemore it is a list of no. of qns. So it is better to write down on whiteboard for them. Then since she gif tt shit attitude, i dun care. It is up to them... cos not a single soul wan lend me marker, and not a single soul wan to listen to me. That girl.... I was pissed with her long ago le. Just now i almost blasted. But lucky i 忍..... She really is so inflexible in her thinking, Just know tt wrong is wrong and wun twist the rules around. Forget it.....

Just now chat with choon kiat. Then we talks about a lot of thing is not up to us to decide and he said, but we can choose how we going to do about it. Eh... is true. But in my view, i use an analogy. Let the whole world be a game of dota( Cos my frenx participate in tis competition today, so deepest impression). To win the game, u need to destroy the opponent throne first and this require a lot of team work. Let's say... to win, someone tells all of us to push, but, u choose to do ur own things, like farming etc. Well.... u are the one playing, so u are not entirely wrong, but in the end, u will lose the whole game. Eh..... hope u all can understand my analogy. We have the right to choose, but we have the consequences to bear. So in the end, actually come to think of it, we din have much choice in the first place. Right?

HAHA!!! That is all for the thinking part. Quite relieved tt my syllabus is coming to an end. Now there is lesser tutorials, and i have time to update blog, and sleep for a longer time. Anyway, tomorrow will be Australian maths competition. Hmmm..... i dun really like this kind
of competition, cos it always exert lots of pressure on me. LOL!!!!! This time, i choose to go unprepared, cos is no nd any preparation in the first place.

Yesterday something funny happens. I and 3 frenx were walking back home. I was walking beside nelson and jian wei was behind me. Then suddenly a car come from behind, Nelson pull me very very hard! Then i scold him( now in literal sense, i just joking ...). I said, " wah lau!! Dun save me ma... u shld save Jian wei first. he behind me leh. He will be first to get knock.... and i will be safe one." I dunno... but find tis incident very very funny leh.

Oh ya... I not really very happy about some things. Firstly, our school hours are so long tt we have so little time left for our own activity. Then, wednesday is one of the day which we can go home early at 1.30pm. But the school organise activities like GP talk after school. I was thinking, shouldn't tis kind of things be done in the school curriculum time? But, today GP talk very interesting, so i dun really mind. Talks about bioethics.

They were discussing a lot of issue. I will mention some here. They talks about using embryo for research, then must be within 14 days i tink, cos the CNS not develop. This is what tt professor says. Then he gives one example also, If a human and an embryo is sort of trap in some ice. and if u can only save of them, who will u save? They say human, cos they are aware of the
surrounding and have feelings. Wah... i was quite unhappy with this kind of reply. Being alive is definitely more than physical and feeling kind of things. How do they know emrbyo has no feeling or consciousness?? No nervous system doesn't mean no consciousness. Consciousness is still a very deep issue and it is definitely more than chemical transfer in our brain. yea.... That is y i tink embryo shld not be use for research.

This is something interesting huh. Dun marry to someone tt will bore u to death. Can u imagine a couple watching TV together with no expression and conversation. But then, the first qn is still why are they together is the first place. LOL!!!

I have not touched my badminton racket for months. Today finally got a chance to use it again. My classmates and i went to Jurong East there to play. Hmmm..... i think tt place is really good. Indoor and no need to pay a cent. But, the lightings there are not tt gd. If possible, i will try to play with my classmates more often. Cos i really 怀念 playing badminton. Oh ya.... Just realise my class got quite a few ppl very good in badminton. Not too bad.... at least got challenges. HAHA!!!!

Then after tt, I went to nelson house to help him reformat comp. When i reached there, for some reason, he dun wan me to do it. LOL!!! I think is becos he dun trust me. He scares i will screw up his comp. But nvm la.... i see his brother playing a game call grandia 2 in PS2. I sort of like tt game a lot, cos is RPG, and play style is much like Final Fantasy 8. But graphics is much better and the gameplay has improved also. Then around 7, i left his house, and take bus to West Mall. I was checking for SHE album today. Cos i heard from chee kong tt it will be released on 21/7. But, i search up and down still cannot find. Hmm... maybe tt date is for Taiwan. LOL!!!! Today is just a very very tired day.

Oh ya... i saw a msn nick in my contact list tt says : A life live for others is a life worthwhile.
LOL!!!!! i was thinking of asking him, : so u intend to live ur life for others forever ar??? LOL!!!
But still nvr ask la, cos not really familiar with him.

Now talking about PJC. More and more homeworks are coming. I must emphasize, Doing some TYS qns is meant for grasping concepts. But keep on doing practice paper and TYS qns on same topics is drilling in ans and qns type. LOL!!!!! All i can say is..... It is just too wrong in my view. This really defeats the purpose for learning. Anyway... This is wad some students and school
wants, so also no choice la. I just got to accomodate..... haha!!!
One more thing, Singapore ranked quite high in A level and O level result. But when come to science olympiad, S'pore dun seem to do tt well. Contradicting huh??? If examine S'pore edu system, we can probably explain why.

Guess what i counting down to??? I counting down to Sep holiday. Life will be great after Sep holiday, because i will not be going back to JC, except for the prelim. LOL!!!! Really great to stay at home and study. U wun get tired and sianz, and most importantly, got music to accompany while studying.

Quite glad that FM statistics are coming to an end. Hope all syllabuses will be finished asap. Then at least i can rest and not get busy over those tutorials. HAHA!!! Today not too bad.... i can finally get a chance to go home early. Reach home at around 3.15pm. Think later can take a good afternoon nap.

Oh ya... think my computer clock is screwed up. Now is 4.03pm and yet is shows am. Hmm.. dun really know what happens. Not only so.... my biological clock is screwed up as well. I dun get it... Why am i more active at night and feel so sleepy in lesson. It is really torturous to force ur self to stay awake in lesson. HAHA!!!!

LOL!!!!! today is a stupid day. A lot of things PJC does is not making any slightest sense to me. Do u know how PJC carries out post youth day celeb today?

1) Our school starts later by 1 hour. WOW!!! But think again.. every lesson is been pushed back by 1 hour. Diao...
2)Today is smart casual day, whereby we can wear our home clothes. It doesn't make a difference.
3) Song dedication. Sounds cool right? But u can only heard it in canteen, and we have only 1 hour of breaks. LOL!!!!
4) Lessons is as normal..... Worst.. MYE result is released today.

Well.. from what i see.... There is no change in atmosphere in PJC. It is equally boring and SIANZ!I thought lessons at term 3 will be much more relaxed. But NO!!! I am wrong.... We are finishing
maths syllabus and i dun see why we need 3 hours of tutorial for Maths 9233 per week. WORST..... It seems that teachers are going to flood us with lots of homeworks.

Anyway... my grade for MYE is as follows...

This is the first time i gotten a B for my FM. LOL!!!!!! Din know i will do tt badly. Lose marks becos of skipping steps, mis-interpret qns blah blah blah.. Those stupid things la. LOL!!!

The title remind me of those chinese movie in the past. When the movie ends, it will show a big big 终 character. HAHA..... Anyway... This character refers to my exam. Finally is over. Today FM is quite badly done i think. LOL!!! Those stupid statistics qns.... can do, but make too much careless mistakes. Hopefully can get an A.

After the paper today, i went with xingyun to orchard. Then went plaza sing to get my 4 lego people. spend abt 30 dollars plus on lego today. Worth it i tink... LOL! Then buy a piano score for my sister also. Wah.. today spend quite a lot. My leg breaking also... Walk too much.

Anyway... enjoy ourselves. This is most impt!!

9 more hours and it will be my last paper. FM!!! Dun exactly have much confidence in this paper, cos the topics tested are really not of my likings. But i dun care much... LOL!!!! More concern about what i am going to do after the paper. Thursday going out wif xingyun. Friday going out wif my classmate. Then sat going out wif my buddies in sec sch. MUAHAHA!!! Well organised huh???

Now is 2.05am. Here i am, writing the last blog of this month. LOL!! Few of my frenx keep urging me to update more. How greedy can ppl get? HAHA!!!

Anyway, yesterday, weekian came my house to study. He stayed from 10am to abt 12.15am. LOL!!!!! It was quite fruitful. I finish revising my physics with him on tt day. Then today, Nguan Kiang come my house to study. Quite fun.... Learn a few magic tricks from him. He is good in magic. Really.... He bend the metal spoon in front of me and my sis without exerting any force (At least from what we see). Really amazing... LOL!!!

From the title of my blog, time really flies. The holiday is over without us (or maybe only me?) knowing it. The worst thing is the Mid year exam after the holiday. This MYE is really a number 1 holiday spoiler!!! How can we enjoy ourselve when there is an exam right after the holiday? According to wikipedia, holiday is defined as :

Anyway, update a bit on wad i did during this whole holiday. Miraculously, i did not finish any books during this holiday, but still bought quite a lot during this holiday. 1 is about god versus
physics, den one is abt time and last one abt the world also. But no time to read, so i think will reserve for my 2 years of NS. oh ya.... the medical checkup for NS, i got a PES A! LOL!!! Another good news, my NAPFA, finally clear my 2.4 km run with a 12.11 mins. Really got to thanks my classmate for this. They ran with me for the 2.4, because it is my third retest i think. They keep on pushing me and encouraging me. Finally, my timing improve from 13 plus to 12.11 mins.

For the first week of holiday, is the fun week for me. I got this J1 frenx, that lends me 2 games, heroes 5 and rise of legend. Then at night, we will play dota from maybe 11 to about 3 or latest 4am. Is really damned fun!!! ya... first week only playing some games. nothing much. Week 2,
also nothing much. Is just some games plus studying.

On the monday of week3, i and 2 classmates went to town. We go there to buy my bags and to
buy some books for myself also. This trip is really fun. We also watch " she's the man" in Cine.
I remember we all walk past 3 NJC students in uniform doing surveys. They stop us, then i look at the content of the survey, then ask : " PW ar?" Then these 2 guys say "yah.. help us do leh"
Then i say: " No thanks, have fun huh... 1 more yr to go" Then i and my frenx walk away laughing. A bit evil la. But really bring back some unpleasant memories. I think i should have told them to get a seat in starbucks, order one cuppucino and do the surveys themselves. LOL!!! Talking about PW, really 不甘心!!!! I get band 2 only. I remember my group did interview with
HDB hub, do a model, den do surveys. We put in so much effort but still get band 2. LOL!!! But,
still better than band 4 ( Think positive!).

Then at night, we decided to walk to esplanade, cause too bored ma. But is really weird for 3 guys to walk to esplanade la. Then when we past by Plaza singapura, my frenx asks us to go into the arcade. There is a game inside tt can win u a N70 or 6280 plus other MP3 players or what. My frenx spend 30 dollars and get himself a MP 3 player. That game quite easy somemore, more of skills than luck. I almost want win le. But the last round a bit hard. That game really
idiot proof! People that lacks handphone can try getting one there. But cannot tell u all what game is it. Or else i have lesser prize. LOL!!!!!! ya.... then after tt night, i am sick. I got a flu then fever about 39.5 degree. LOL!!! insane right? This breed of virus is so strong tt it took me 1
week to recover. LOL!

Hmm.... our class hardly got any outing. Finally, today our class organise outing to our teacher's house. we are suppose to meet in Boon Lay MRT station at 11.30. As usual, i am late for about 17 mins. LOL!!! i think is still ok. Cause all my other frenx late for about 45 mins la. HAHA!!! When i reach, my chem tutor, drag about 5 of the guys that are there, including me, to buy food. I feel so cheated. If i know that most people will be late, i will not come so early to be free labour. LOL..... Bought about 3 boxes of large sushi, 2 jg of chicken wings, some drinks and fishes. In the end, i only ate the sushi and drinks, because the chicken wing like not cooked and the sphagetti is just plain one with mayonaisse(lazy to check spelling) added. I ate 2 strands and feel like vomiting..... HAHA!!!

Then most of us play cards in his house. Talking about his house, he is quite rich. Tiles are made of marble, den sofa and chairs look quite expensive also. Still got massage chair somemore. Then.... a lot of ex stuffs in his house la. Oh ya... just now when playing "taidee", i won in less than 15 seconds. My frenx put 56789, then i put 5 cards with heart, den anotehr 5 cards with spade. Then put double 2. Finally last card. And i won. LOL!!!!! so lucky..... All my frenx were laughing away when i won so fast.

Later, some of us go to JP cinema to see shaggy dog. Is a very nice movie. Nicer than expected i would say. Recommend u all to see....

Quite bad.... haven revised much for the promo. monday to thursday i got something on. Most of the time is school stuffs. So sianz..... But then, is my fault la.... so cannot blame anyone. LOL! Must catch up from friday onward. Hope got enough time.....

This holiday seems quite boring to me. Got to go school so often, then need go NUS or NIE etc. Really dun like the long hours of travelling. Waste a lot of my precious time then make me so sleepy when get home. How to study??? LOL!!!! Then when on computer, like no fun game to play. Most of the game seems quite boring..... I think i shld start buying new game le.

Now is about 1.42am. Think need sleep le. Tomorrow still got chem extra lessons. Quite reluctant to go but no choice la. HAHA!!! BYE! GOOD LUCK FOR COMMON TEST!!

LOL!..... wad my nick means??? It means y=f(x) where x is time, and f is the event after x period. Finally is holiday again.... can wake up late in the morning and can relax a bit also. But the common test is right after the 1 week holiday, so hte holiday is not really for us to rest, but more of for us to revise.

Update a few things about me first.

Good news: Got a gold award for chemistry olympiad and now going for training for the international one. Only 21 are qualified, and out of 21, 3 are pioneers. Shocked? It is really first time in PJC history. Then in this 21, 2 of the RJC people enter Physics and chemistry international olympiad and they accept both. Now they are having a trouble whether to give up which one. They are really self centred and dunno how to think la! They should know that they eventually can only join one, so they shld give up one of the competition and give others the chance. Now, not only others dun get the chance, they are been forced to drop one also. Anyway... for me... i think i can only come this far. A bit tired now... dun feel like studying for the chem thingy. Really not interested...... Somemore only 4 are qualified for actual competition. Then selection test is 2 weeks from now, so i have quite little time.

2 days ago... after our Maths 9233 common test, i and and few person from SDP( scholar development programme) and called over to physics lab to see Mr Lam. He organise a lot of activities for us, like scuba-diving, den CIP, den also set up clubs for us to be president and have good testimonials. For example, he set up sci club and wants me be president. I strongly reject, then we come to compromise that i will be vice. LOL!!!! At least less responsibilities. REally.... i dun wan join SDP, cause i really not interested in scholarship or become leaders etc. I join because i dun wan argue with teachers, den i also tot that i can have more chance to go sci seminars etc. HAHA!!!! Now i am in big troubles.... i m trying to quit. Then after tis maths common test, teacher call us over to gif us trial interview. He asks me.... "why u like science and why u wan our A star scholarship?" U know wad i say??? I say," I am interested in science but not interested in A star scholarship." The teacher was so damned shocked!!! LOL!!!!! Den almost wan strangle me...HAHA!!! See him so agitated... i say joking one. Look like i am stuck in tis shit...... LOL!!!!

Some of my friends ask me.... ur result so good, why dun wan go for scholarship or oversea? My reply is.... my goal is to enter physics faculty in NUS, and since i can afford it and can enter with my result, why go i need those things. Having scholarship may sound nicer.... but SO????? I mean..... why force urself to go for 80 hrs of CIP and those seminars that u are not interested just to get the scholarship. Life is not abt how much u achieve and how high u go, is about how happy u are. Agree???? Now.... as long as i can get into the course i like in NUS, it doesn't matter whether i am first in PJC or not, cos my goal is not this.

I got a classmate, with exceptionally high IQ, and get 3 As without studying. Not kidding. He drop FM this year because he wants play maple. People say he "siao". Then he says one thing," Yah... i am lazy and i wun succeed in society. But, so wad? I just wan to be a normal person." Some people may think "talk cock" or wad... But the fact is.. at least he is happy. Dun have so much homework, going home play maple. I really admire him..... Not many people can think like him.....

2 weeks.....

Wah.... so fast. Chinese new year is coming. Can get lots of hongbao and money. YEAH!!! Most importantly is can rest. No need to go school. I just realise there is a major problem with my body. My body cannot adapt fast enough. Example, in holiday, i take breakfast at 12, den in school, i take breakfast at around 9. This is a big difference!! Then, when school starts, i start to fall sick, and is because of my stomach got wind. HAHA!!! This teaches me a lesson.... to be consistent with your meal time. HAHA!!! But.... i doubt anyone will wake up at 8 during holiday to have their breakfast.

Today in school, CT lesson talk about NUS. For people that are taking Science in NUS.... all this info is quite good la. In NUS, they use the CAP system. Which means any test u take, the grade will have a score. For example, A plus: 5.0, A: 4.5, B plus: 4.0, B:3.5 etc.... Then to take honours during the third year, u must get more than 4.5 leh! Very high right..... HAHA!!!Then for first class honour after 4 years.... u must get more than 4.5. Second class upper: 4.0 Second class lower: 3.2 i tink. Then third class... 2.8 i think. So..... u must be consistent from year one to year four because the score is keyed in after your first test in first year. HAHA!!! Cannot go too much clubbing or slack too much.

In my class, some people find physics very boring. haha..... But actually is very interesting than any other sciences. Hope what i say will make u all more interested in physics. Physics... do not deal only with newton's law or calculate work and energy. In physics, it is known that at very low temperture, some materials become superconductor and liquid like helium become superfluid. Super fluid has very wierd property, it has 0 viscosity and can flow out of glass or beaker by its own. Cool right??? Then superconductor, almost 0 resistance!!! The explanation deals with cooper pairs and bosons etc. This is all solid state physics.

Then to quantum physics and relativity, u all learn about various theories... about twistor and super string theory. This 2 theories attempt to give an explanation for the fundamental particle. Also.... can learn about fractal dimension... 11 dimension, minkowskian geometry. HAHA!!! Is just very cool!!!! Then hor.... u can learn about chaos theory. I think some of u heard of this and can explain this. But.... for physics, they make use of chaos theories and maths to continue to unravel the mystery of the world. Thinking of learning all this.... i looking forward to going NUS. HAHA!!!!!

okok..... now is 11.30.... must do tutorials. My maths tutors are insane. 1 week can give about 5 to 6 tutorials. In 2 weeks hor.... my maths tutors finish polar coordinates, complex no. and differential eqn. HAHA!!!

HAHA.... quite happy. Just know that a lot of people are coming to my blog. Today is the first sat of the year 2006. But this sat is no good..... so many homeworks. I got about 3 tutorials and 3 assignments for Maths. That is alot! OMG!!!! Then physics got 1 tutorial and GP need do research. Sianz..... so manu homeworks. But finishing maths homework le, so not that bad after all.

Oh ya..... not only the homework, the money also. First week of the school and i need to prepare about 200 plus dollars. 30 dollars for chinese course then 175 dollars for my graphic calculator. This 175 dollars one not bad.... got many applications, and can store files leh. Maybe can download pokemon or other games inside. Is very useful, but very expensive also. Heard that all J1 is buying that for the H1 maths. LOL!!! So if u are curious about how the graphic calculator, u can ask them to let u take a look.

Talking about the timetable school management... i dun like. For the timetable, there are lesser breaks between lessons. This is very tiring for us lor! FOr wednesday, i need to sit in the same classroom for 4 hours, it sucks!!! HAHA!!! That is the major problems with the timetable, other than that, i think quite ok. Then for school management, it becomes more strict. Dun really like it la.... Talking about this.... i heard that JJC's teacher or principal says that if the girl want wear short skirts, go to PJC!! HAHA!!! super funny!!! Then my friend says to the PJC J1, who want find bitches, go JJC! HAHA!!! But hor... the problem why PJC is so infamous is not because of our attire, but is the name PJC. I mean.... for RJC, there are students that nvr wear their uniforms properly or wear short skirts. But.... it is because, they are RJC, that is y people tends to overlook their mistakes. Very unfair lor!!! Think it this way.... if PJC produces 90% of 4As, will the parents mind sending their children to this JC, even though most girls wear short skirt. Anyway.... i dun care how people look at me.... so i am not really bothered by this fact la.

Now want to intro to all of u one anime, full metal alchemist. IS super nice!!!! i remember got 1 story... a person want to retain its position as the national alchemist, then he make use of his daughter and a dog to produce a creature that can speaks human lang. That person is sick!!! Not only did he do that to his daughter, he did that to his wife also. Wah lau.... he is insane! Anyway.... the word alchemist, means it involve a bit of science. The story talks about the term "equivalent trade", which means, to make something, he has to use the raw material that has the same value as the object he wants to make. Quite interesting...... This is a nice anime. Should go to see......

Talking about the chem olympiad, people.... you all must wish me luck! Really no confidence because it is practical. It talks about TLC, suction filtration etc. Never use all these equipments before. Later go there diu lian... HAHA!!! Anyway.... i think i got to go there and try my luck For those better JCs, i think they have those equipments in their lab, so will surely lose out to them in this round. Somemore it starts on this wed, there is not enough time for the school to equip us well enough. HAHA!!!! Anyway.... enter sec round is good enough le, dun be too greedy. haha!!

Now school starts le.... my biological clock adapt quite fast. Today i actually wake up at 7am. Very early right??? of cos i am not tt obedient to wake up. I still continue sleeping.... HAHA! Really hope to get out of the JC system soon!! At least will regain my freedom!!! I think all of u tink this way also...... but only 1 more year to go. Time flies..... so fast i am in JC2 and in a few months time, it will be our A level. must jia you ar!!

Just finished watching "Wo he jiang shi you ge yue hui 3". It is a super nice show!!! It includes the elements of fantasy, romance and fighting. Really very nice.... nothing to say, Anyway is ending soon, so if u wan to see, please borrow or buy VCDs. HAHA!!!!

After watching the show, i read my phy notes for about 5 mins, then have an urge to come online cos it is the last day i can online at 1 plus le. Sob..... Really dun wan school to start. When school starts, there will be lots of restriction on what time i sleep and what i do. But.... looking on the bright side, we still have 1 more year to go before we are free!!! WOO!!!!

First day of day.... Dunno what awaits me. Heard that wk class first day end at 5. HAHA!!!!! PJC really evil, we know they miss us a lot, but no need to make us stay in it for so long ma. If his lesson ends at 5, it means mine will end at at least 3 pm. HAHA!!! super bad!!!! Also heard that there will be not much changes to my class and teacher. Hmmm..... dunno good or bad la.

This year going to be a hectic year... lots of tests, exams and of cos... the piles of homeworks. But i am ok with all this la. In fact... i am quite excited, cos can learn more things le. YEAH!!! But still.... i detest GP! Arghh...... The thought of GP dun make me feel like going back to JC. I think i will still continue not to study for GP, and hopefully can scrape through just like last year. HAHA!!!! Wish me luck hor....

Hi guys.... First, i want wish all of u a happy new year eve! Second, i wan say sorry to my best bud and frenx tt is counting down in esplanade now ( now is 10.29am) and this includes kian, kiat, kong, gr, pat, hwee etc ( sorry if i left out any names ). Third, is the reason, which is i m sick. I have a very very bad cough since today's afternoon, so i think is better if i stay at home and recuperate. Enjoy urself guys!.!.!.!.! Oh ya.... one thing... thanks kahhwee for saying tt i m more humourous now. This is a motivation for me to work harder and crack more joke. One riddle for all of u(created by me). which type of noodle is most salty? Ans is Mee soto. Cos mee salt-duo. LOL!!!!!

Met yun at around 1.15, and as usual, i am late for 5 mins, then we go to the kino at orchard. Well... i lost my kino card last monday and the staff called me to say that they have found the card and want me to collect it today. Also... i bought one book today for about 25 dollars. LOL!.... quite cheap. Then at kino quite fun.... i and yun keep hitting each other stomach, because out tummy are both round then very nice to hit!!! LOL!!! Then conclusion is.... mine is bigger! I am now actively dieting and exercising to get rid of that thick layers of blubber! LOL!!

Then later.... we go taka to see some toys. I go to see gundam models, but all quite ex so nvr buy. Then we went to the lego section. Hmmm... now collecting the knight and viking series, but i left those big big castles and each cos 100+ or 200+ dollars! OMG!!!! Also..... these castles are so big, then i may not have any space in my hse to put them, so nvr buy. If buy... my mum will sure nag and nag.....

Then at around 4+.... i and yun go eat ajisen( both nvr eat lunch). Wah... is super filling... Till now i still not hungry yet leh! Then after eating... i pei yun to see some papers. Those nice nice papers lor. Quite interesting to look at all these. After some seeing..... then we go home le. On the train to yew tee.... i am having a very bad cough, have a feeling that my bronchioles and alveoli are coming out. Then i decide to take a good rest at home lor...

okok..... now is 10.52pm. About 1 + 8/60 hr to new year. Do u people have a resolution yet? Next year should be a better year i think.. cos 2+0+0+6= 8=FA!!!! nice right? LOL!!! Eh.... since i am so free, i will write some wishes and greeting to each of my good friends.

Today is another boring day i supposed. No one ask me out, and my mum dun allow me to go out also, because new furniture is coming, then i must be there to help in the carrying. But i think my presence will not make a difference la. We bought about 5 cabinets, of which 3 are for my books. In this way, my books can be more organised and will not collect dusts in the open space. By the way..... because i too long never update blog, so my blog is getting to unpopular. People who see this message, please help me to publicise a bit (not to stranger please....). LOL!!!

Another good news..... i entered the second round of chem olympiad, and if i do well, i will enter NUS for training. LOL...... For the maths olymipiad, though enter second round, but failed to do well in the second round. Out of 6 qns, i can do none. For phy olympiad, never even enter second round. There are abt 8 qns, i can do abt 3 to4, and the problem is that my focus is wrong. I focus too much on modern physics, but most qns is on dynamics. LOL!!!.... I sort of laugh when i see the qns. Now come to the second round for chem olympiad. It is on practical..... and it lasts for 6 hrs leh! It include qualitative and volumetric analysis i think. I read some handout and past year qns. Like quite fun..... need reflux... then need carry out thin layer chromatography. LOL..... Hope can do well bah....

1+ 1= ?

I remembered when i was a child, lots of friends ask me this qns, then when i say 2, lots of funny ans will come out. For example, they will say ans is window and chinese character "tian". But as we grow up, people hardly ask this qns. Why? From what i see, is because most people think that it is a fact that 1 + 1 = 2, so what is the point of asking a rhetorical qns. They start to neglect and overlook this qns. Of cos..... mathematician never stop asking qns, they even come up with 1 + 1 = 1, which is called boolean algebra( should have heard from sec phy).

So.... what am i trying to say? I am trying to say.... sometime it is good to be childish i think. At least u are more curious and is fascinated by everything that surrounds u. That is probably the reason why your IQ increases the fastest when u r still a baby or toddler. One thing i like about children is how they look at things. They are very optimistic..... Do u see a baby or toddler frown or giving a sad expression for more than a day. Well... i doubt so. But for an adult, they can give that sad face for 1 week or so.... LOL!!!

Sometimes..... a child can say things which u tink is childish and they laugh. Experience before? Actually i sort of like this kind of character, because this shows kids think differently and creatively, and most importantly, they know how to remain happy ( from their laughter). If you see teens and adult, do they laugh as often? i doubt so..... Even if they laugh... some still hide their troubles and sadness behide this laughter.

LOL.... maturity has made man become rigid in thinking ( except some people ), make people lose their laughter and happiness because of the problems. Einstein once said.... "A clever person solve a problems but a wise man avoid it". The key to this sentence is.... dun do things that will create problems for urself, and by not creating problem u r avoiding it already. LOL..... That is y i reject quite a no. of attachments. Dun wan create problems for myself. HAHA!!!!

Seriously.... sometime i think people should look from a child perspective and be more inquisitive, forget about those vulagarities and grudges, and most importantly... remain happy. HAHA!!!!

Talking about vulgarities... i personally HATE it. I never said that to my frenx before.... for about 2 years le. If possible try not to use these kind of crude language that can hurt people. People who use vulagarities are those people who dun think.... do u think by saying vulgarities will solve ur prob? And... by saying that.... u are letting ur anger control u. U should always remain calm and try to solve prob in a peaceful manner. Btw.... most intelligent people i see RARELY use vulagarities even if they are angry. I happened to know 2 of them... one of them IQ are 140+ and the other is 148. LOL!!!! High right???? Oh ya.... they also have a high EQ too. LOL!

K... now is 2.10..... i think i will stop here. Remember.... try ur best not to use vulgarities even when u are angry because it really is very crude and to some extent.... quite stupid la.

HI...... I like years never update my blog. But i better, unlike WK, never update blog for centuries. Now is 2 am, and i am super bored. I go around linking from one blog to another and know quite a few stuffs about those kranjians in other JCs. Suddenly, while surfing, i got this urge to update my blog. LOL..... Quite a few things happened over this holiday. the most significant one is my trip to Japan.

I bought quite a few stuffs from japan. One of which is the tourmaline stone!!!! I bet little of u know what this stone is. LOL! This stone, about few mm in height and width then abt 3 cm in length cost me about 40 sing dollars. I will tell u how impressive this stone is!!! This stone is pyroelectric, which means, it will absorb infra-red or other kind of radiation and turn this into potential difference. I put this stone on my hp to absorb those harmful radiation that can damage your brain. From what i know, this product is not out in singapore yet, but i think will be out in a few years time.

Then i buy lots of choco and some gundam model. The gundam model in japan is cheaper than sing by 50%, cos is produced at there. If u talk about branded goods like prada, furla or wadever la.... it will be 30% more expensive than in Singapore. Then for choco, i did buy a lot, but about 0.75 is given by my mum and dad to their frenx, so i m left wif only a few..... The choco is super nice, for example is the melon choco or the milk one. I will gif some to my frenx if i see them la.

Hmm.... the nicest scenary in Japan is of course the Fuji mountain. There are a total of 10 levels in japan. But hor.... because it is too cold at the top, we can only go up to the first level. But first level is about -2 degree le and i am shivering even if i am in the bus. Can't imagine if i am on the top of the mountain. Maybe parts of my bodies will drop off. LOL!!!

When talking about nicest physical scenary, it will be fuji, but when talking abt nicest man-made scenary... will be the girls! LOL!!! How should i say.... The dress code and attire of japanese is entirely different from singapore. The teenager is super stylish!!! The guys, super good in styling their hairs, i think much better than singapore one. Then for girls, almost all of them got rebond theirs hairs and they put lots of make-up. How to say....... the girl there are just very nice. LOL.....

Another fascinating stuffs in japan is the bullet train, travelling at speed of 270 or 220 m/s, depending on the model. Is really fast if u see from the outside, but if u sit in it, it is like u taking singapore MRT. But still.... quite amazed by jap tech lor. oh ya.... talking abou transport. Japanese rarely take cab or bullet train, because is very ex! 1 way ticket for bullet train is about 20 sing dollars. Then for taxi, if u travelling within tokyo( about singapore size), it will cost abt 40 sing dollars. LOL..... that is y most jap cycle and walk.

So fast..... this holiday is coming to an end soon. Next year will be another stress and hectic year. Sianz ar..... But hor... for me holiday also sianz. I like everyday at home, facing TV, comps and books. No one ask me out.... LOL! quite cham ar... But today still better. Go out wif kian, kong and ZJ to see king kong at lido. Something funny happen.... The conversation i not entirely sure... but roughly la...

Kong: Wah.... going to see that 3 hrs long movie ( giving a sianz face...)
kian: U dun gif me that sianz look. Yesterday u online, when i ask u wan see king kong, u say " yeah.... is my kong movie!"

This whole thing is quite hilarious la.... The movie i think quite touching. Lesson to be learnt, Though we human have the power, but we must not misuse it. Use your power to help but not to create tragedy.... One more thing, which lots of people failed to achieve. Dun be impulsive, no matter what happen, we must remain calm and analyse the situation. In the show, the army forces try to kill king kong without knowing whether it is a threat or not. Quite dumb lor! So... remember... dun be impulsive, must remain calm and rational at all time. Who know what i say may save y next time... LOL! :P

Oh ya.... one thing which i find lots of people fail to do. That is to look things from different perspectives. Sometimes, cannot restrict urself to ur stand only, must walk out of this box, and understand the situation from different views. This is really important i tink..... It is good to believe in what u see and hear only cos they are facts, but.. at the same time... it may not be the facts ( Can understand?). If people really know this, there will not be quarrels in relationship or grudges.....

LOL..... i very philosophical right? Well... i think of all these over the holiday. I reflect over my actions over the year then also observe people behaviors lor. Hope what i say will really help u all. Of cos... someone may disagree to what i say, as i personally agree that what i say may not be true as there are no definite truth and false in the world.

Wah....long time never blog. A lot of you must have missed my blog a lot. haha...... yesterday and today is quite bad. I screwed up all the tests because i really cannot focus. I was like studying the organic halogen compound for hours to try to understand but, there are still many doubts. So in the tests, i keep thinking of all these questions, then i tink will did badly for my test. I miss out 1 whole question in the FM test yesterday. Quite sad....... But, at least now i understand halogen compound le......

Hmm.....promo is coming and we have so many chapters to learn and revise. Can be quite stressful. But seriously..... the best way to study is not facing the TYS or notes for 1 whole day alone. Not only are u giving yourself stress, you are also not learning much. This is surely not effective. First..... we all know that A level questions are not direct qns, we need to think. So is better to study in group then discuss together. This way.... is not too stressful, and is more effective, because discussion can really give us more insights. Agree? Then studying is not equivalent to reading...... You must ask lots and lots of qns. This is the only way to grasp the concepts well. For example, when study work done, we must be able to qns and prove why total and net work done is different. Then we all say..... hydroxide ion is the best nucleophile, but u all should ask..... why? All this method is wad my teacher told me, then i got add on a bit. It is very effective. Btw..... asking lots of qns and solving yourself can increase IQ!

Done with all the school stuff. haha..... Today just watch movie with her as a form of relaxation bah.... That show is quite nice. Then the movie trip is an enjoyable one. We chat and laugh almost all the way. Quite fun...... Lastly....i wanna say....i succeed le.

Haiz...... our JC did quite bad for astrochallenge. Ranked 6.....from the bottom. There are JCs, polys and some secondary school, also each school cans end up to 2 teams. So PJC really did quite bad. Last year we are the defending champions because of our seniors but is like we ruined all their effort. Argh........really bu gan xin! I will be back next year! This time i will study harder and win those nerds and muggers from NJC. haha.......

Let's talk about what happen in NUS. By the way, the whole competition got 4 parts. MCQ, free Data response questions, model building and treasure hunt. My team got 5 people.

On the first day, we need to assemble at buona vista MRT station and take a bus to NUS. As usual, i am late for about 15mins. The teacher-in-charge is glaring at me!! But i don't care lah. Then, when we reach there, all the JCs students were taking out their astro book and studying. Then i also study with my schoolmate. We test each other like what is the temperature of the sun, what is the spectral class of the star like sirius etc. ( Really need to memorise!!!). Then when the time reached 10am, we entered the Lecture theatre and did 50 MCQs. This is indicidual work.

When i see the first question, i say to my self...."wow!!!!". They ask wabout sidereal and solar rotation. I don't understand!!!!!! Then i proceed on...... Every questions look alien to me. I think this is the first time i fail science MCQs. What i study just don't come out! You see.....if the syllabus for astro got 10 parts. Then there should be 5 MCQ per part. logical? Then i think this way. But about 40 questions focused on the name of the stars and constellations. Then i never memorise those names. So i flunked the whole MCQ paper. After the MCQ, a guy, PCK from the other PJC team, keep saying that the paper is very easy, den i very unhappy lor. So i tell myself cannot lose to this kind of person.

In the next section, is free data response, and is a team work. Got 5 questions and to be done in 1 hour. Is like all these question so hard, talk about all the kepler 3 laws, then wan us to derive own formula to find out age of universe. i manage to derive, but i forget about the unit conversion so cannot calculate. In my group, each person do 1 question, i manage to complete 3/4 of my question, then i was like helping my friends because we need to know wien's law and stefan-boltzmann formula to solve other question. Yupz.....in the end, out team did quite well for this round. ( better than PCK team!!!)

In the third section, model building, hmmm.........our model look very funny. I feel like laughing also....... Do you know why? cause they leave the design part to me, then my art sucks lor. So that is it for my model. But at least we better than HCJC in term of model. Their model is simply......disappointing.

Last section, treasure hunt at night. We move around the NUS science faculty to look for questions to solve. The questions were insanely hard! But lucky is open book test. This is the first time i so enthu towards treasure hunt. We RUN all the way, and the science faculty is very big....so you can imagine how far i have to run. But we did quite well, came in sixth! When we reach back, we thought we were first, then saw AJC and NJC students at there drinking coke and chatting. hahaz........

After this, i talk to a physics NUS student. Well.....know a lot of stuffs about NUS through him. He gave me a question( physics one of cos) and i solve it. Then he praised me....hehe..... He was previously from SAJC. Then he says he first year slack, drop FM then yer 2 buck up and get a AAB ( not bad!!!!). Later in NUS, he is in the gifted list( wow!!!). He told me NUS physics teaching is veyr traditional, in the sense that they never include computing science and got to read up on our own. He recommend to NTU because the curriculum is better. Then the other guy says, "but NUS name is better". I agree with the second guy one. I guess i will read up computing science on my own. hahaz........ Then he says in NUS, it is all about independent and being self-motivated. He is cool.......when his hp drop, he points to me and say, projectile. i was like feeling......dot dot dot. hahahaz........ He says i m an aspiring physicist and i will be one!!!!!!!!

ok......wah.....after all this stuff i went home and reach home at 10.50pm. Next day, came back to take COP. So sianz sia....... then later go kbox. I will work hard for next year. I don't give up so easily. My team members all very on.....say will be back next year and we mean it! Those enthu science one, can join next year and meet me there. hehe...... The activity is fun, and i mean it. Chee kong, join lah...... next year see u there.

Just went for maths olympiad just now. "Quantum leap" is all i can say abt the competition. This open section qns is far far far tougher than senior section. Out of about 25 questions, i can only do about 6 or 7. Just sucks lah...... But my schoolmate also never do well.hahaz..... Now i finally understand why it is not easy to get a bronze in any of the olympiad in JC. Hope can just get a bronze or silver. Never mind....will work harder next time!!!!!

Talking about this, it is so unfair to us. Most going to Maths olympiad receive special training from NUS since young. They have been trained to deal with all these critical qns and they have seen far more different kind of questions than us. What about us, the late developer. hahaz....But i don't care because i want to prove that i can defeat those trained people in the competition.

Oh ya...talking about this. Today i went to the competition with 1 of my gay classmate (Only 5 ppl went in total. Pathetic!). Lots of us really think he is a gay. He touch my thigh during the lecture. So gross!!!! Then he aways gave that seductive look to my friends. Somemore u know what is his goal......To remain single!!!!! Who on earth will write that as their goal???? Then my chem teacher also know that he is a bit........ u know lah. Then today me and him absent for lecture, then u know what my chem teacher says...... He says i and him go out. He thinks i am gay too.....SHIT!!!!! Lucky i able to make it to the chem tutorials to clarify with my teacher. Next time better don't get so close with that guy. By the way....I am a perfect guy!!!!! hahaz.....

Also just now, that guy, shouchen (1 of the participant also), kok yong(very action...keep telling me how good he fares in maths olympiad last year) and me took a cab back from NUS to the PJC. Then that guy, the gay, keep telling me, " hong qi i wanna vomit....". Then i ask why? He says i long time never been in a car le.....cos my dad drive lorry. You know how i feel???? Really dot dot dot!!!!! I thought lorry is more jerky, and car is less jerky. SO WHY WHOULD HE FEEL GIDDY IN A CAR??????

Oh ya......Next week i have astrochallenge at NUS, wish me luck. I going to study for it, hahaz..... Hope that i can win a few prize back.

Yeah!!!!! So happy that June holiday has came. Oops...... i forgot it is june but not holiday. hahaaz..... out maths teacher is crazy. Gave us over 200 qns to do, somemore some are FM one that requires thinking. Going to have fun with all these questions during the holiday. Not only that, when school reopen the first and second weeks got about 7 or 8 tests. Hahahaz......is really a lot. So come to think of it, is this really a holiday? Answer yourself.

But don't care lah...... we study for so hard during the second term, i think we really deserve to a nice long break. I think i will only study for the test during last week of june. Any people accompanying me to study???

Bought tons of books but most haven't even touched. Hahaz.....can use this holiday to read these books. Finally can get in contact with something outside syllabus and something related to my passion. How nice!!!!!

Attend a talk today. It reinforces what i says long ago. To succeed in life, you really need 4 factors. Dream.....which means ur goal. I think most of us have one. Then is passion and wisdom. This 2 i think are really equally important. Finally, is belief, that is believe that you are right. Anybody that possesses this factor i think will surely succeed.

Haiz...... Why she just don't believe me. But cannot get discouraged yet, must prove to her!!!!!

Arghhh......really don't know what title to give to my blog, so may as well put dots. Hmmm..... Don't know whether is good news or not. The physics test is postpone to after june holiday. Hmmm..... i think is a bad news lah because we will forget most of the concepts if we study at the last week of june holiday. But never mind...... i think i still can make it...... Yah..... Mr Tan says his chemistry test is challenging. Hahaz.....I am ready to take on his challenge. I will prove to him that i will solve every questions.......

Today....my mum is talking to a relative about my past. Listening to her, i think i really have came quite far. When i was sec 1 she says....... my eng Mid year get 20/50 and i run happily towards her.....hahahaz.... She says i don't even know what is past and fail then i end up getting canned. My maths 60+, chinese better 70+. I have been getting this kind of result till pri 5..where my result improve a bit lah......then at end of secondary 1, i have fully enlightened( the rest you all know ). Come to think of it..... if i never enlighten at sec 1, i may go NA and be friend with boon kiat. Hahaz...... Then i will not have wk, zj,2 ck etc as my buddies. I may not even enter JC, and i will not have a chance to know her better.

Over all this year..... i have read and seen countless anime like naruto, gundam seed,wing, G then flame of recca etc( all this jing xiang shld know). All this anime and what i have gone through in my studies teaches me something and that is: Belief. As long as u hope for something, persevere and do your best to achieve it, then you will do it. For example, me......You know what is my attitude when i enter 05S19? I told myself..... Don't care where they from or how good they are, cos i believe i will defeat them. Imagine when i enter, then i told myself that : Wow....all of them are so good, where do i stand? If i really says this...... i will not be at where i am now(perhap in ITE). Your belief will mould ur character and ur future.

That is why i will continue to wait patiently...... becauses i believe that it is worth it. No matter how tough it is...... i will wait......

Today mood not very good. Wah..... if i can do that question, then i will get full mark for my FM test le. Haiz.....but i suddenly forget the trigo formula and cannot solve that stupid identity, so my 2 marks fly away le. Hi again....... Just when i am beginning to see some light into my life, it turned back to darkness when i blink my eyes. Recently....i am performing well in all my test..... almost all test getting full mark and first in class( phy-39/40 MC- 20/20) , but so what? In secondary school, when i get first, i will be elated and jumping all around. But now, when i get back my result slip, i just smile and soon, i feel nothing. Somehow, i dun derive as much joy from my result now. Haiz........

Now really feel quite lonely..... somehow, i think the higher ones go, the more lonely he feels. Also, now, i am not aiming for fame or whatever positions like students council. All i want is to be with the one i like, then continue to study for passion and takes part in maths and sci competition. I dun want to be forced to study those subjects i dun like(GP and chinese) and hope to have time to study more about the universe and unravel the mystery before other physicist does( Now really no time for this, just bought a book on universe, but no time to read. Shit!!!). This is my dream for now.If this really happens, then my life will be perfect!

However, life is never perfect......and why do god wanna ruin my perfect dream by this very day. I wish to know the reasons behind..... Now, i am not giving up my dream, but not carrying any hopes either.....

No matter what happen...... I will still study hard and be first in exams or competitions, cos my final goal is to be a great physicist like Einstein. Must admit that life is not a smooth journey, but i will try my best to overcome everything...... Must plan for more time to read more about universe and i will continue waiting........ Long time never update my blog. These few weeks really very busy. Not only are there many tests, there are so many things to study and revise. This week is terrible, we have 3 tests, phy, chem and maths. Somemore next week i got tests on stat and trigo again. My maths tutor says, he is going to give us tests every week. Arghhh........ But lucky is Maths C test. If it is F Maths test then no need study le, cos all qns must think outside the box, so u got study and never study doesn't make a difference. Hahahaz.......

I really admire my maths teacher, cos they all really have PASSION for maths. Mr Chua quote what poisson says : Life is good for 2 things. Doing maths and teaching Maths. Then the other tutors( also my maths olympiad trainer), David chia, he is the setter for our maths olympiad for sec 3 and 4. Cool right?

For my friends.....

Hmmm......there are many tests in these few weeks. Some of you may not did well for your test, but since you all have come so far, Don't give up yet! Also, don't get demoralise, you must study harder than before because the test is counted in CA, and it constitute 30% of the end-of-year result. You can't afford to lose the 30%..... Don't think i never study one, i also study very hard one. I revise everyday....and my schedule is Maths and chem for one day, then phy and maths for another day. If you revise everyday, you can understand the concept better and you will remember more easily. Also, doing tutorials and hand in on time doesn't mean will do well, you all should REVISE first, then do tutorials. Like that your mind will generate questions, and then try to get an answer for ur qns either through friends or books. For every questions solve, you will understand the concepts better. Asking questions and exposing yourself to different type of qns will ensure that you will do well for exams. You all got questions can ask me. like that i can also learn mah...... Don't be selfish hor!!!!!

Some of you may be feeling busy, but i can guarantee you that i am as equally busy as you, i started to get involve in lots of things le(unwillingly)..... But what keep me studying when i am studying is my determination. You know what, i got one experience to tell u how strong determination can be. On wed, the day before phy and chem test, i feel sick( feel giddy and acuta stomachache). But i tell myself this : tomorrow is my first phy and chem tests in PJC, i carn afford to be sick! Den i go to rest a while, den miraculously, when i wake at 9, i feel better le. So..... Determination can overcome everything one. You all can ask, what is the thing that make me study, not only for passion(not for GP pls!!!! GP just suck!) or for my dream to become theoretical physicist, but determination also plays a part. I can have dream or passion for challenging qns or sci or maths, but if no determination, then i can excel in nothing.

come on...even people like Hongseng is not determined to work hard( no offence hor), then what about all of you? Whenever i did not do well for a test, i will feel sad of cause, but i will tell myself, i will do better next time, then i will go home and study for the subject very hard( except language). This is why u all never find me flunk 2 tests consecutively.

So work hard!!!!! Don get discouraged yet!!!!! You all can do it!!!!! Be like wk also, after knowing he never did well for his test, he is working very hard now. hahaz.... OK......i got to study le ....Later lose to them.......

Haiz....today damned sad...... This is the first time i fail my F maths test. It is not that i dunno how to do, but the qns is vague, and i think too much le. Somemore there got 1 qns which is easy and carries 11m, yet i am so careless and lost these marks. CAn go die le...... By the way, PJC's FM is very tough. It ranked third among all the JCs. The first is NJC one.

Haiz.....Really not enough time for me. Damned!!!!! I join SDP and it includes activities like seminar, NYAA and other stuffs. Moreover i joining maths olympiad and i got to read and do several qns given by the trainer. These qns is not easy lor and i got to memorise a chunk of formula: AM-GM formula, Cevas theorem, fermat principle etc. Also i taking 4A level subjects lor, and my aim is to top in the 4A level subject in my college. To do that, i must study real hard lor. But, i really dun have enough time to do that. Everyday reach home at 6 or 7 +...so sianz.

I promise myself that this is the first and last time i fail my FM test, I will never fail again. Trust me. I am aiming to go for physics and chem olympiad and create history in PJC, so i cannot give up or get beaten at this stage. Wish me luck.......

In JC......It does not matter what u do on monday to friday. It only matter what u do on saturday and sunday.

wah......about 2 weeks never blog le. Recently, i am really very busy, so no time to update blog. The lecture pace is quite fast, so i busy doing the tutorials and revising. Can't stand it when the lecturer and tutors keep saying we are 3 months behind the other top JCs, when we are not. In fact they lied to us, so as to sort of "force" us to study. Anyway.......got a good news, i bu zhi bu jue get along very well with my class. The story is liek this......

This monday we have a FM test on induction, partial fraction etc. Then the day before, i never study, all because of that cheekong, give me an incomplete qns to solve, then i think for hours still cannot come up with solutions. Then at night about 11+, he told me the full qns. In the end i don't have time to study. The next day, my frenx says ," No need to study. Chua Poh Teck FM quizzes always damned tough. Sure fail one so no nd study. last time the FM quizzes only 2 ppl pass." hahaz......Then being influence by them i also don't study( but still ot study a bit before they say lah...).

During the test, when i receive my qns paper, my mouth was wide open. There are 5 qns and the duration is 1 hr. The qns on AP, GP and induction are not easy. Our induction got divisibility and also got inequality one..... At the same time...i forget the induction format. hahahz...... Then i anyhow do( first time i anyhow do a maths test). I finish in half an hr....the first one. Cos i a bit tired then hand up the slip and leave the room after completed. When i left, the teacher look thru the paper and say to the class i maybe can get full marks. Since then.......my class know me le. Then we get a long very well......

Intro a few frenx in my clique. The first one is jian wei. Hmm.....intelligent and friendly. He is quite rich( got a personal bowling coach). He lives in tiong bahru....That is really very far, don't know why he comes here. The second one is nelson, from indonesian. Also very friendly..... everytime got lots of stories to tell us one, especially ghost story in indonesia. The third one is earnest......same...also very friendly. he plays a lot of online game like Maple etc. He even says he wants to reach level 77 in maple. Don't know how long it would take him. The last one....jian hong. hmmm.....intelligent, quite pro in maths also. I got nothing much to talk to him.hahahz
One thing about this group of friends is that they dun like to joke. We usually talk about serious stuffs and dun talk cock. No one inside will crack jokes one....except me( cold one).

By the way, my physics and chem teacher is.....haiz. Dunno what to say. I guess i just going to depend on myself. I just dunno y all the gd sci teachers are being allocated to triple sci class...... Double maths and double science should also have these gd teachers lor. But nvm.....i think this is a training for me to be more independent. hahahaz...... Bad news.....i have became the mugger of my class. i hate it when they say,"why go home so early, to mug ixxit?" I will try to change their opinions of me.....

This few days got a lot of xin shi, but no one to talk to. Quite sad.......... Since no one is there, i normally put on earpiece and listen to songs, like that can sort of make me forget those stuffs. Though now not that lonely, but the feeling of loneliness is still there. It makes me think of her.........

Anyway, i have promised myself i won't involve in relationship le(after JC den think abt it), cos i am now damned freaking busy, everyday 5 or 6 go home den got tutorials and revision. SICK!!!!!

As you all can see from the title, i enter 05SO19. It is a double maths double science class. Hmmm......though i get what i want, still feel a bit upset, because there are no familiar faces in my class which means will be quite bored for the orientation. But never mind, this is still my choice, so i wun regret.

Today suppose to go to the clementi bookstore with zhenjie, weekian, hongseng and cheekong. But after checking online about the bookstore, i found out that it does not open on sunday. Feel a bit disappointed, because i wanted to buy books on statistics and some TYS for my A level Maths. Never mind, i think i will organise a trip to there again on this sat. Talking about statistics, i remember what the HOD of maths in PJC says, "For this term we are doing on statistics, or sometime call saddistics."

Looking on the surface, he may be trying very hard to crack a joke. But if think again, he seems to despise our ability, so i must prove him wrong that statictics NOT EQUAL saddistics.

Today really got nothing to write, because nothing interesting happened these few days. Got 1 qns for all of you. Can gravity be created by human?????

Regarding the problem about the tagboard, hmm.....i am aware of that but just dunno how to rectify this problem. I think this is not really a big problem, so i think i am not going to do anything about it.

Haiz..... Really quite moody this few days. Got quite a lot of problems these few days- some about studies and some about other stuffs. Can't believe it!!!!! I actually started to doubt my maths ability. Really dunno what happen..... Though i can solve all problems given to me very fast, i still find something missing.....What is it????? For those problems other than studies, i can't say. hahaz....it has been a secret for quite a long time, and i intend to keep it that way.

Today i finally do something that i never regret. That is to take the subject combination- double maths, double science. hahahz... Each of these 4 subjects is my favourite. Some may say taking F maths is not practical. But, to me, if i was to choose between practicality and interest, i will choose interest. hahaz....It may be tough, but since i choose it, i wun regret even if i fail......

Regarding the qns in the last blog. Are orbitals in the same subshells degenerate. Ans is NO. Under magnetic field, the orbitals in the same subshell will have different energy because not all of the subshells are affected equally by magnetic field. Each orbital has been allocated a specific magnetic quantum no. For example, 1s orbital has magnetic quantum no. 0 . This splitting of "subshells" is known as the zeeman effect......

Yesterday, NK, i and ZJ went to watch the movie "hostage"at lot 1 cinema. We were supposed to meet at 2.15 at CCK station, except for ZJ, who will meet at 2.30 just outside the cinema. As usual, i am late, and i reached cck station at 2.23. Then, i saw no one around, so i tot NK is waiting outside the cinema with ZJ. When i am outside the cinema at about 2.35, I saw no one , so i go to "comic connection" to buy naruto comics......Then i go back to CCK station to call them using the public phone(i forgotten to bring my hp). They said they are outside the cinema now. I rushed to the cinema, because it is 2.52 le(show starts at 2.45).

When i saw them, they said,"we will settle with u after the show....." hahahaz..... Then i keep saying i am not late, but to sort of appease them, i treat them a medium popcorn and a cup of drink for $5.70. hahaz...... During the first few part of the show, we were settling the problem and the conclusion is, i was late!!!. NK reach there at 2.15( reach at 2.23) or even earlier, then he nvr saw me so he wondered around. Then ZJ reach the cinema at abt 2.27(i reach at 2.35) or so....den he nvr see us, so he went to library. hahahaz..... In the end, i dun get to see them cos i was late when meeting NK and ZJ. hahaz.......

"Hostage" is a NC16 show.....Not too bad......but a bit gross. Story a bit complicated, so not saying here....

Haiz..... Sch is going to reopen soon. For those going to JC, it means more stress and lesser time with ur stead.hahaz..... But come on!!!!! 2 yrs only..... Give it your best shot, cos U is much relaxed and like what some people say "Easy to score in the modules". So.....is time to get on to serious stuff.

Looking back at the first 3 months, i realise that relationship this kind of thingy is bring more pain than joy to us. I got see some of my frenx after having a relaionship before, then like wan die dun wan to die.Hahahaz..... I dun wish to experience that again. hahahz..... After some serious thinking, i dun wan to get involve in it le. But......i may not control myself. hahaz....So what i say above may not be true..........

OK!!!!! Regarding the qns in the last blog. The subshells can be arranged in this order when the atomic no. get too large like 60+ to 90+. That is perhaps the reason why we only need to write electronic configuration for first around first 30 elements..... The reason for this arrangement of subshells is quite complicated.......so not saying here...SAd to say....no one ans correctly or even attempt to ans.....hahahaz......

Next qns. Are orbitals within a subshells in a partcular quantum no. neccessarily DEGENERATE? If not, then i what situation?

Hmmm....... few days ago, when i updating my blog, my sis told me don't bother to update, cause no one will visit my blog. Is my blog really that boring????? I think not bad...... Different type of blog will appeal to different kinds of people. Agree? Maybe someone really enjoy my blog. Hahaha.....

This whole day i stay at home and never step out of my house even once. So bored...... Then i have an idea. I go around looking for my friend's blog and read their diary entries......Few observations:
1) Girl's blog tends to be short and sweet but guy's one tends to be lengthy.........
2) Girl's blog tends to talk about how they feel and mostly is about relationship. For guy, hmmm.....CRAP(exclude me).

Hydrophobia....afraid of water, what about orchardphobia? Of course is afraid of orchard lah....... I tell you, in just less than 1 week i go to orchard for 3 times. Somemore, to guys, there is really nothing much to see in Orchard except for kinokuniya in "Ngee Ann" city and borders in that "Wheelock place". But we only spend a small fraction of our day in bookstore and spend mostly of the time walking around aimlessly.Really a waste of time.....but still quite enjoyable to certain extent.....

i just bought 3 books in kinokuniya and popular. Just now at home, i look through all the books again, and i think all those are damned good lor......They are comprehensive, detailed and most importantly INTERESTING!!!!! Well, give you all some previews of the books. One of the book is on material science and it talks about a few amazing effects like "messnier effect" and "piezoelectricity".....The other talks about quarks and cosmic......Isn't all these terms cool?

Ok.....talks about the whole freaking boring trip...... we are suppose to meet at 9am sharp at CCK station. As usual somebody will definitely be late and they are weekian, choon kiat, soonleng and Jac. But this time.....i am punctual. hahaz.....Strange right? Then we board a train to buona vista to pay for the registration fee. when we reach the building , there are hardly any person lor. After settling, we go to orchard to buy books. At the buona vista platform, i took out my MP3 player and intend to listen with 1 special person. When i say i listening to "ünchained melody", den Jac and soonleng want to listen. In the end, only they 2 listen. Hahahaz......... I dun mind lahz...Cos i dun think she will listen with me also. Hahahaz......

Later yingsiew wanna meet us at abt 12++, den sl go and fetch her lor and we are suppose to wait for these pair of loving couples. U know how long we wait? About 30mins to 45mins, and we all are so hungry lor. This couple is really famous for being "LATE". When meeting with either one of them, they will NEVER be early.....Quite compatible right?

After meeting with them, we have lunch at Ajisen. I have a set of Ramen with dumpling. All i can say is YUMMY!!!!!! Though is quite expensive, but i think that it is really worth it lor..... I think wk will also say the same. Hahahaz.....

After lunch, all of us are separated. SL and YS go back to kinokuniya to buy books. michelle, LeeHwee and Xingyun go to pop and buy books. Then i,wk and choon go to borders and see books lor. Though we intend to go there, but we seem to be stuck at Wisma Atria for abt 45mins and this is all becos of that HONGSENG.He wants us to accompany him to go to the sony Ericsson shop to check and repair his phone.

After the whole thingy in Wisma atria, i,wk and kiat is separated from tt HS.....We then continue our trip to borders. Half-way, We are felt a bit thirsty, so wk want me to treat coffeebean lor. I think i will be a gd guy for this time and treat lor. 2 drinks for $11.40. Hmm.....No comments....Hahaz.....

My fingers are quite tired and somemore not feeling very good, so don't want to talk too much.

Yeah!!!!!Next week is holiday......i no need to wake up so early. Also, no need to attend those boring lectures(especially maths C) and GP tutorials. Hip Hip Hurray!!!!! Though our GP tutors tell us to enjoy ourselves during this holiday, i think most of us will do some serious studying, because even "A" level is next year, now we can feel the pressure. Hahahaz....... As usual, i will prefer to study in an interesting and no pressure condition. In this way, then can we enjoy learning and realise the beauty of studying......

Today is really a boring day...... we attend the Maths C lecture, but the lecturer never really teaches much. But then i sort of like this lecturer because he is one that really understand the beauty of maths......CoOl..... After that we go for physics tutorial then maths C tutorial. For these 2 tutorials we just do questions given by teachers. Then during maths tutorial, while the teacher go through the GP and AP questions, i sing songs to soon leng and jac. Then they all say i monotonous and keep on laughing.....

Our lessons today end at 12.30pm. Then i go to library to read while i wait for choon kiat till 3.30!!!!! Not bad....i finish reading 4 chapters of a physics book. I intedn to spend more time in library to finish more books. Like that can save money buying books also.....

2 days ago, i just take a look at the NUS booklet. It talks about the various courses and prerequisite of all these courses. I have decided to take double degree in the science faculty.If nothing goes wrong, I am taking Maths and Physics......Also, these 2 courses are quite unpopular, so i think can enter lahz.....hahahaz..... i calculate le....i need about $40k for these double degree which is a 4 years courses for honours. Quite ex right? but still cheaper than 1 medcine degree which cost about $80k for 5 years......... Really very ex....Sick!!!!!!

What a boring day... ... Today i go to school hoping the chem lecturer will teach something new, but she just went through the tutorial.....I really almost fall asleep. Worst......today our GP and Chinese tutors give us watch 2 movies respectively. For both movie i am not really paying much attention because i am either reading or talking to Jac and weekian. But more or less i still know what is going on......One of the movie is "Simone", and our GP teacher says that the idea behind this movie is to tell us what really is "real" and "imaginary". Come to think of it....... it is hard to categorize any bodies into either 1 category. For example, how do i know whether the person i am seeing is real or not? Is he faking his characteristics?

This week we start to see the true colour of most teacher and the school.Initially the school seems not to care too much about the behavior of the students, be it skipping lessons or not handing up assignment. But today, there are teacher walking around school to catch students who skipped lesson. Worst still.....one of the person that pon is a class manager(god bless). hahaz. Also, our maths tutor become quite fierce. Last time if we dun wan to go through tutorial he don't mind one, but now, he become so fierce that we have no choice but to go through...... Till now i think the maths, chem and phy still quite easy......hahaz.....Just topped for my chinese, phy, maths C and chem test. Hahaz..... U all must be asking about bio test. Well.....i skipped the test partly because i am dropping bio, so no point taking the test

My touch is back......i invented a few theory recently like the esplanation of why half filled or full filled subshell are stable in chem, and also shortcut in binomial theorem(It is real short lor...). I feel that now i still not ready for "A" level because i am really addicted to new stuff and now don't really wish to do revision. But i think i will change after the march holiday.....

Yesterday i just went to library and found a booklet about courses and prerequisite of course in NUS. After looking through......i decided to take a double degree for maths and Physics in the science faculty...... Till now i think this is the courses that i will take in U.....and for honours it takes 4 years. Really very long......By the way, for those that want to go for faculty of medicine, please prepare abouit $80k...hahaha...gd luck. REally very ex right? Even for my double degree is about $40k. Also, there are life science courses in faculty of science, and i think it is going to be quite popular.

HiLow......I am back!!!!! This few days some of my friends are quarreling over the choice of JCs, but now, it seems that the matter is resolved. Yeah!!!!!!

I know some people are troubled by the choice of JCs. I have a method for all of you, compare the social, academic and self(yourself) factors, then u will know which JC suit u. 1 advice, dun think that u get a very good result means that u MUST go to a gd or famous JC. All JCs are the same, what make a difference is the students and that is YOU......Think carefully......

You live your own life, dun let what people says and their decision affects you. You urself must experience yourself den make decision, dun just listen to what others say.

Like what choon kiat says, dun regret your decision and everybody.....look forward, dun look back at your O level result or the JC you choose. Look at your A level.........and aim for 4As.

Really dunno whether to choose PJC or AJC......But come to think of it, with my 9 points, i cannot enter AJC one, so may as well try PJC.

Sometimes dun really understand why sometimes ppl are so bent on going to gd or famous JCs discriminate against those weaker JCs. I can tell u.....this is unfair to the JC. PJC is new, of cos it will not do so well initially.....It is the same as saying a new-born baby is dumb. It is also the same as Kranji secondary school, isn't it?

Some says gd Jc the teacher is better, notes better and students attitude better. I dun care which teacher teaches me, all i know is that i myself got a goal, and i will reach it independently if there are no good teachers around. I think my reference books is much better than all notes that i ever have....... I do admit tt env, be it abiotic or biotic, it still affects us. But if u still think that env plays a big role in ur learning process, den forget abt honours, master degree or even pH.D. When we further our studies in U, all is independent studies.

For those thinking that going to better JC will give u better result.....i am going to swear that i am going to get 4As for my 4 A level subjects and distinctions for my ''S'' papers. I am going to prove all of you WRONG!!!!!!!

If you ask me will i change jc during first month i will say no. If you ask 2 days ago i will say yes. But if you ask me now, i will say don't know. Hahahaz......

Yesterday i go to "crash" AJC. I was a bit disappointed because it is not as good as i think. Chee says that there is lots of people studying and very conducive. Well......when i go there i dun really see people studying......some were sleeping and soem were talking away. That chee really exaggerate. AJC a bit stuffy and dim.......not conducive for studying. If i were to compare AJC and PJC, i will say that they are almost the same, each has their own strength and weakness.
Now i really dunno which JC to go.......Wait for result out den think bah....

Today damned pissed. Just now in the concourse, she just beside me talking to one of my classmate, a girl. Then i try to get into the conversation and talk to her. But she just never reply and dun even bother to look at me. Looking at this situation, i stop talking. Then the girl very funny......she later sms me and say fiona is very outgoing and very cheerful and ask y i carn communicate with her. Wah.....she is aware of my situation and den say that to me.....like i am wrong. Then i sms her....."pissed".hahaz.....quite bad right? Now i really hope to leave this damned class.....is like everybody is on her side and has bad impression of me except the kranjians. Pissed.........

Good thing is i am starting to forget her. hahaz.......But now still has feeling lah but not as strong.
I start to realise from her attitude towards methat no matter what i do, she wun give me a chance. Even when i stop smsing her, stop concerning her she still ignore me......Hahaz.......I am now not carrying too much hope...........

Thankx for the comments for my last blogs..........I really cannot take it sia. I am really damned stressed. Haix.......Strangely, homework is not the main cause of my stress though biology really contribute a significant amount to my stress. But the main cause is "her". During this weekend i really cannot study well, i keep thinking of her---the past, present and future. Haiz........

Situation dun look very optimistic now. Sms her she dun reply. Talk to her she like very sianz and dun wish to carry on with the conversation. I also show her lots of concern but just ignore it. Really dunno wad to do. Now i just let her cool down first lorx......She keep saying she is pressured but she dunno tt i am also undergoing the same pain as she does. Maybe i am even suffering more. Haiz.........I really want to know what she is thinking right now. Sometimes i find her quite ke lian. She looks very lonely to me especially during the bbq. I wish to be by her side but she just wun give me a chance to be by her side. SAD........

Actually nvr expect me to land in this stage. i thought i am one that will not be bothered by all these stuffs one. Hi........have not update my blog for abt 1 month. Recently i am quite busy with my school work especially biology so no time. A level bio is really different from our O level Bio. It requires 20 times more memory and also need to spend lots of time on it. Among all science subjects, bio took up most of my time and i think it has too much facts so is a bit boring...... Yeah!!!! i have decided to drop bio. Now i dun study bio already and i use this time to study F maths. Wish me luck when i take 2 maths 2 science........

SAD...........I think lots of ppl know abt me and fiona. she had hurt me 3 times and each time the wound gets deeper and deeper. Haix....... Today she just sms me " Ehz, tell u smt, I admit last time i may have feeling for u. But now i don't. I dun like u le. Get wad i mean".

Haix......Y she has to be so direct. She had said similar things before but not so direct. I really got think of giving up, but cannot lah.......cannot forget her. Haix......so i continue to woo her. But it seems that no matter wad i do she is not touched. I buy class jersey for her, buy her gift, send her sms every night den also try to show concern for her. BUT she still treat me coldly. Hihihi........I am back. The past few days i am quite tired, so never update my blog. Now, at least i am slightly more energetic and free. But, next week, i it is going to be very hectic for me, because lessons will start full blast.

I really don't quite like biology. It really involves lots of memorising and the questions are not very appealing also.Haiz......lucky is just for the first 3 months. But then, despite all these, bio is quite interesting and this together with some special reason will make me continue to take bio. So, for now, things are not confirmed yet.

Now, i really love attending maths, physics and chemistry lesson. I dunno why, but i just feel the strong sense of interest within me.Hahaha....

Yoyoyo.......long time no see. Before starting, i must say that orientation simply sucks. I do appreciate the seniors effort but i dun feel entertained at all. Moreover it lasts for half a day which is so boring. How i wish lessons will start right now!!!!!!

Well....i will talk about my class now. At first i want to take double maths, but in the end i gotten triple science. I just want to try how is triple science like. I think there will be a high chance i will change to double maths after the 3 months coz....I STILL LOVE MATHS...HAHAHHAHAHA....

In my class, there are 2 chio one and i quite like one of them(secret) .hahahaz.... But then the fact is those chio ones always been booked by other guys, so i got to perish these stupid thoughts. hahahaz.....This is really a cruel fact. Till now there is no sign of the (secret) being booked, so i think i can still try my luck.Hahahahahaz......

Other than looking for chio girls in my class, i have been looking for freak or my sworn enemy. Till now i have not found one in my class. Haiz.......I really wish to find someone that has the same interest as me so that we can discuss and debate over our common topics. But then, it is only 4 days, maybe i can find someone with the same interest in the near future.

I promise to create history in JC and now...i am one step closer to my dream of being a professor and MASTER ALL BRANCHES OF SCIENCE.

Yoyoyo.......Long time no see. I was MIA for 4 days because of the 4days 3 night chalet. It is hard for me to describe about my life in the chalet but i can only say that it is not as good as the chalet in 2002(sec 2). There are of cause moment of joy in the chalet like playing blackjack(thought i lose about $10), standing before the sea and talking to sme people that will soon part with me. The worst part is the crap talking session where my friends kept talking abut "tits" and "boobs", and also do some obscene action. You don't expect me and eeteng to do this right. So we just sit aside and give that bored look.hahahaz
Also, there are lots of flirting session in the chalet. The most incredible one is 7 people flirting with 1 girl. Cool right? But that is excluding me. Overall the chalet is still not too bad but just that too much crap talking.

Yesterday, i just been to someone(sheryl) house to spend my christmas. We went there to watch a horror movie "seed of the chucky" which i think is quite boring and i really dislike the ending.Later we play blackjack. Once again i am on losing streak and that hongseng is damned lucky. 19 points still can get 2 more points. But, i still enjoy myself.Well.....actually i intend to stay till about 3+ or 4+ but den cause no one will accompany me to walk back so i got to go home early at about 1.15am.Hahahahaz........

This holiday i have been going out very frequently. I think that i have wasted a lot of time. So i got to spend the remaining time wisely.......................

Dilemma....

After knowing the JC that i will be going, i will be choosing the subject combination that i want in JC. For me there are only 2 choices, either Triple science or double maths double science(phy and chem). Actually, i am more interested in double maths double science but the problem is i may want to enter Biotech or life science in NUS. Thus, i may require the A level biology to be qualify for this subject.

Yesterday, after much thinking, i have made up my mind. I decided on double maths double science. With this subject combination, i may not be able to enter biotech field, but i can still enter chem or phy field in NUS then come out to be a lecturer. Even if i want to enter biotech or life science field i can still study after U graduation. Actually, compared to life science, i am much more interested in physics. I just like things that cannot be seen with naked eyes like microbes or forces, or molecules etc.

Anyway, i just read a book "Einstein Factor", this book says that less than 1% of the world population kept a diary (including online one). Also, coincidentally most of the scientist and general etc (big shots) are inside this 1% that keep diary. Research are being carried out on 300 geniuses like Einstein, Bach, Da vinci etc. There is only 1 thing in common and that is they kept a diary. Well......there are 2 qns now. Is it by keeping diary u become genius? or is it genius keeps a diary? One last thing, that book is so cool, it teaches way to increase ur IQ, and i have been practising it for 2 days i think.This method is called "secret" hahaz. If u want to know u can ask me, i will teach one. I want to seize this chance to increase my IQ to as high as possible in this holiday.

Yoyoyo.......today is the day where we will know which jc we are going.For me i am going to PJC. Actually it is not that bad because it sorts of act as a pushing force for me to study harder to prove to those in better JC(SA,A etc) that i will make a mark for myself in PJC too. So for those entering PJC don't get too dejected but make use of this reason to spur yourself on....Trust me....The power of belief is very amazing......

Anyway i just been underestimated.She is my pri sch frenx and let's call her alpha.Today, i just know that she also enters PJC and we chat a bit about subjects combo in JC. She said that she is a science person and when i tell her i wan to take F maths and 4 A level subjects she say i am siao. she said," Some of my senior kay kiang, take f-maths den later drop."

Wahh........after listening to that my blood is boiling and she also talk like my science very lousy like that(In pri sch my sci very sucky one, no wonder she think like that). Then i talk about my results to prove to her i am not that bad and want her to take back her words. Later she says me haolian and den me stop talking.

You all should listen how she talks because she sounds like she is far better than me. Though i wan to act dumb in first 3 months but i dun wan ppl to underestimate me.OK....that's all.You are should feel strange why today i nvr tok aby sci.It is thanks to advice given by my sis.She says my clogs very sianz and long....ahhahahahahhaz.....

Hihi......nice to see all of you again. This is the first time i find holiday so boring. There is nothing i can do at home, either watching tv, sleeping,play computer or read only. How i wish that school will start as soon as possible. Anyway, when someone find holiday boring, it is not a good sign, because this shows that u have been wasting quite a lot of time and i agree to that though i only waste a bit of my time. Today, i am going to talk about adaptation. During adverse condition, there are only 2 onsequences, either die or adapt. Agree? (i know someone will come up with lame ideas but this is the usual consequences)

For human (homo sapien), we adapt by 2 mechanisms - Darwin evolution(all bio student shld noe this) or with the help of out intelligence. But for MOST animals they can only adapt by 1 mechanism - Darwin evolution .

For the benefit of all non-bio student i will explain Darwin Evolution. First it is a fact that variations arises within a species due to mutation or during nuclear division. Some of them are will suited to the environment and some are not. For example, there are long neck and short neck giraffe and they live in a region with tall trees. Who do u think will survive better?Of course is the long neck right? So, eventually all short neck giraffe will "extinct" in a sense and we will see long neck giraffe more often. This is known as ntural selection because the nature select this lock neck to survive.Over a long long time, Darwin evolution will occur which also arises from this natural selection.

Now continue......I wan you all to know, to adapt by Darwin's evolution ot natural selection is a very long procedure, so all the species may die before been able to adapt. Perhaps this explain why only human never extinct but only other animals do, because we have 1 back up mechanism, and which is also our strongest tool that is our intelligence and our special body structures. For example if we are to go back to ice age, how will you survive. Some suggest to use radiator, and some some make use of solar power etc. All this are effects of our intelligence. But some of u can argue :" Scientist also discover some intelligent creatures other than human like dolphin etc, so why they can only adapt by natural selection?" It is because, of their structure, we have pairs of hands that enables us to make radiator but can they?Also till now, we may not really know how their process of thinking works and is it the same as human(i thinkno).

There are some confusion when i write this theory.It is about birds. During winter, The bird will sort of become fatter, because it traps air usinf their feather that keep them warm. The problem came when i ask :" The fattening process ixxit a reflex action and if it is it belongs to the adaptation by ntural selection. If this process is using conscious control then MAYBE it is related to intelligence." Hope that all of you can give me an answer.

In conclusion, what i am trying to say is that the mechanism of adaptation of human and animals(other than us) are totally different. Anyway this is just a draft so i only bring the main points across without much elaboration. To people that has seen this please add on ideas to help me improve this.This is my first theory develop solely by me. Thankx!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard or strong?

Yoyo...........I am back again. I am going to science centre afterward with a FEW of my friends. Actually i invite a lot of ppl to go but it seems that none of them is interested. For those that rejected my invitation, you will regret one. But nvm, when i come back, i will write a summary of what i see there in my blog, so just stay tune wif "maths and science paradise" .

As promise i will talk about chem stuff today. Remember last time, i ask some of you a question in msn: Is table salt(ionic compound)hard or strong?
I think that some people are using these 2 terms interchangeably, despite the fact they have 2 different meaning. "Hardness" refer to how easily is an object being scratched."Strenght" refer to the ability to support weight without breaking. In most case, compounds are usually hard and strong or weak and soft.In rare case will we encounter object that is hard but weak or vice versa. For compound that is hard and strong, one familiar example is diamond, which i think all O level students are so damn familiar with it right?

Ok, now i will talk about table salt which is also known as sodium chloride. Hardness depend only on 1 factor - strength of bond between atoms or molecules, where as strength depend on 2 factors - structure and strenght of bond. For sodium chloride, it may have a strong bond i admit, which account for its hardness, but the structure is very "bad" which make it very weak instead of strong. You can do an experiment urself, if u scratch a number of crystals of salt against ur nail, ur nail is going to be scratched, which suggest its hardness. Then to show that it is weak i can simply crush it with my finger.Remember if i can crush it with my finger alone, it does not mean that i am very muscular and can overcome the strong bond, but it is because of its "bad" structure. From now on, don't be confuse about the term hard and strong because they different thing.

Hihihi........from how frequent i update my blog, u can see how bored i am.
Today i just go to cck stadium to play badminton for 4 hrs.I can sense that i have improve a lot, but there is a price-My muscle is now aching.Today i just challenge xiangming.I can't believe that the score is 2:15.I lost terribly. But nvm, at least i know my standard.

Anyway, due to popular demand by some of my frenx, they wan me to write down some girls talents in our sch. Because i dun really understand girls well.....so my judgement for girls may not be so accurate. Here i go- serene kee, yuling, Ximin(alright lah, she is more of curious), huiwen, angela.Done, but ,sorry if i offend all girls, Boys are still better than girls in field of maths and science.

Now.....i will talk about the main topic-dream.When i was young(pri 2-3), my dream is to be a policeman because i thought i am really hopeless in academic.I get 60+ for maths, 70+ for chinese, 60+ for science and 50+ for english. Later, when my result starts to improve, my dream evolve too. I wan to be a doctor mainly because of their high salary. Now my dream has further evolved. I wan to master all fields of maths and science. Also i want to solve some problems such as cure for dieases etc. So i wan to be either a lecturer(get in contact wif subjects i like), or enter biopolis. After adopting a new hairstyle, i will start to run at the speed of 3 * 10^8 metre per second towards my dream and never slack! Muahahahahhahahahz

Yo........remember me? I am tan Hong Qi. In the last blog, i promise to write abt universe in this blog, but today i no mood to write abt universe.For my fans, i am so sorry that i cannot give u more knowledge abt universe.I promise i wil write abt tt in my next blog.

Sometimes, people ask me, "Why you like maths and sci(phy especially) so much?".If you ask this question to a scientist, they can reply in different way and the most common way is " Because it is beautiful" or "I wan to save the world". It may sound strange to say that maths and science is beautiful.At first, when i was young i don't know what is it mean by maths and science is beautiful, but now i do.In fact, to be more precise, is the process of thinking that is beautiful.

What is the criteria for being a scientist?To me it requires 6 factors-Talent, Diligence, passion, determination, belief and finally curiosity.If you ask me, i can say that all scientist all stubborn. Some of them will support their belief even if that costs their life. One example is Galileo.For me, i too have my own belief about some question such as "How life began?", "How universe started?", "what is the fundamentel particles", and "ways to solve some problem". All this question till now can be said to be unanswered(If they are answered, they still does not have enough evidence). In the future, i will also prove that my belief is right even if it costs my life. I want to be the pioneer to discover how univere started!

Talent.....It is important but not the most important.I must admit that to be scientist in physics field does requires lots and lots of talent, but in chemistry and biology field, you mostly need the curiosity factor.In out sch there are some talents(boys only) i recognised.These are Zhen Jie, Xiang Ming, Ee Teng, gare rern, hong seng, yi san, leeroy(i dunno how to spell), Gerald.I may miss out a few.These are people who if willing to work hard will make a mark for themelves and i regard them as my enemies.haahahhahahahahhahahahaz.

YoYo............This is my third time creating a blog. For the first 2 i have forgotten my username which is quite stupid. I am really suffering from serious amnesia.

Time?
what is it?
why is it regarded as 4 dimension?

When looking at my title all these qns shld pop up.If no, then try to be more curious next time. Why is time so unlike the other 3 dimension.It simply cannot be seen.Whereas the first 3 dimension known as space, can be seen and touched. Scientist like Einstein realise that time can be seen but nvr in our REAL world.But it exist in the COMPLEX world.Complex world is almost the same as the number (-1)^(1/2), which is known as complex number.It is quite obvious that maths form the foundation of the world because the world is mostly govern by the law of physics except in the first 10^-45 seconds, where no law of physics holds.

I will talk more about universe in my next blog. Now i will talk a bit more about time.I believe everybody hopes that time can flow backward so that u can prevent yourself from making mistakes at that point of time.This include me where i make a big mistake on 6/12/2004. However, my principle of life is every single mistake make u learn something so dun regret and dun look back at time.This is the reason why god only allow time to flow one way.=)

In theory, this is what it is.But on 6/12, i still regreted what i have done and hope time can reverse. But i know it cannot, so what i can do now is to seek the person's forgiveness.
